Officer Jamie Kidder

Officer Jamie Kidder # 207 – Intermediate P.O & Master T.C.O.

Officer Kidder graduated from Corsicana High School in 1998. She attended Navarro Junior College from 1998 to 1999. She then began her first law enforcement related job in 2000 as a dispatcher for the Red Oak Police Department. While there she worked her way up to a supervisory position. In 2009 she came to White Oak where she worked as a firefighter and EMT for the White Oak VFD and then as a dispatcher for the White Oak Police Department in 2010. While in that position she earned the Dispatcher of the Year award in 2011. That same year she attended, and graduated from, the East Texas Police Academy in Kilgore and volunteered as a reserve officer for the White Oak Police Department. In January 2013 she was hired by the White Oak Police Department as a full time patrol officer where she continues now. Since Officer Kidder’s term as an officer she has earned her Intermediate Peace Officer’s License. In 2015 she earned Officer of the Year status. During her own time, Officer Kidder teaches Texas License to Carry classes. Officer Kidder is a tremendous asset for the City of White Oak. She is a very hard worker and takes on tasks eagerly and learns what she needs to know rapidly. It never seems that she thinks anything is ever outside of her grasp.
