If you experience low water pressure, please call 903-759-3936 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. If you have an after-hours emergency please call the police department at 903-759-0106.

Water Leaks and/or Repairs

If you have a water line leak between your meter and your house, in most cases, it will be your responsibility. You may request a public works employee to come to your residence to evaluate the situation by calling 903-759-3936 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

If you need to have your water turned off at the meter for repairs, call city hall for assistance at 903-759-3936. DO NOT TURN THE WATER METER ON OR OFF YOURSELF FOR ANY REASON! Violators may be subject to a $225 water meter tampering fee. The City suggests that residents install a shut-off valve on the property owner's side of the water meter where the water supply can be turned on and off by the home owner without touching the city water meter.
